Hunan Chenwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer focusing on R&D, production and sales of consumer small home appliances. We integrate mold development, product design, injection molding and finished product assembly in-house. Our product portfolio covers humidifiers, portable neck fans, and other smart household gadgets for global markets.

R&D & New Product Capability
We have an in-house R&D team for hardware and structure development. We launch 10-15 brand new models every year to keep up with global market trends. Custom-made solutions including structure modification, function adjustment and appearance redesign are available for OEM & ODM projects.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We implement a complete and standardized quality management system throughout the whole production process. All products strictly comply with international testing standards, including CE, FCC and RoHS. Our professional QC team conducts full-range quality supervision from raw material inspection, in-line production monitoring, to finished product testing. We insist on zero-defect manufacturing standards to ensure stable quality, reliable performance, and long service life for every consumer electronic product.
Quality Control Procedures
Our standardized QC process covers every production stage. First, we strictly inspect all incoming materials and accessories to reject unqualified parts. During mass production, online QC inspects assembly procedures, function tests and appearance details continuously. After production, all finished goods pass aging testing, wind speed testing, spray function testing and full-function inspection. Before shipment, random sampling inspection is carried out again to guarantee stable quality and meet overseas market standards.
